Vendor Agreement Terms: Authors, Illustrators, Publishers, Booksellers, and other Bookish Businesses are invited to vend at the High Desert Festival of Books. Each vendor will be provided an 8 ft table and 2 chairs. Tablecloths will not be provided. Light snacks and water will also be provided for free. Full lunch is available for an additional fee. Vendors are responsible for their own setup and takedown. Each vendor is required to have a seller's permit and is responsible for processing and accepting their own payments. Submitting this application is not a guarantee of acceptance. Acceptance is contingent upon verification of the information provided. Acceptance is only confirmed once payment is received. After submitting this application, it will be reviewed within 1-5 business days. Once accepted, you will be sent an invoice via email from Paypal. All vendor fees are nonrefundable.
